Privacy Policy

Last updated: 22 October 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Enterprise ERP (enterprise-erp.mukeshlpm.com, “the website”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and shares information when you visit the website. It applies only to this website. We have written it to describe what the website actually does today; if our practices change, we will update this page and the date above.

1. Who is responsible for your data

The website is published by Mukesh Kumar, who is the data controller for personal data processed through the website. For any privacy question or request, email lavkushlpm@gmail.com.

2. Information we collect

We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not sell products on this website. The information processed falls into these groups:

  • Technical and log data. Like all websites, our hosting server automatically receives your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, the pages you request and the time of the request. This is used to deliver the website, keep it secure and diagnose errors.
  • Advertising and consent data. When advertising is shown, Google and its advertising partners may use cookies, device identifiers, your IP address and information about the page you are viewing to deliver, measure and (where you allow it) personalise ads. See sections 4 and 5.
  • Comments. If you leave a comment, WordPress stores the name, email address and website you enter, the comment itself, your IP address and browser user-agent string, to display the comment and help detect spam. Your email address is never published.
  • Emails you send us. If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.

3. How we use information and our legal bases

PurposeLegal basis (GDPR / UK GDPR)
Delivering the website, caching pages, security and error diagnosisLegitimate interests in running a secure, working website
Storing and reading cookies or identifiers for advertising, and showing personalised adsYour consent, collected through our consent message
Non-personalised or limited ads, ad fraud prevention and basic ad measurementConsent or legitimate interests, as set out in the consent message for each vendor and purpose
Publishing and moderating commentsYour consent when you submit a comment, and legitimate interests in preventing spam
Replying to emails and privacy requestsLegitimate interests, and compliance with legal obligations for rights requests

4. Advertising: Google Ad Manager and partners

The website is funded by advertising served through Google Ad Manager using the Google Publisher Tag. Ads may come from Google’s own demand (including Google AdSense and Authorized Buyers advertisers) and from third-party advertising partners that bid through Google. These companies may place or read cookies and similar technologies on your device, and may receive your IP address, device and browser information, and the URL of the page you are reading.

Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and you can control personalised advertising from Google at Google My Ad Center.

The full, current list of advertising vendors and the purposes each one uses is shown in our consent message (select Manage options, then Vendor preferences).

5. Consent management (EEA, UK and Switzerland)

Visitors from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are shown a consent message provided by Google’s consent management platform (Google Privacy & messaging), a Google-certified CMP registered with the IAB Europe Transparency & Consent Framework (TCF). Your choices are stored on your device and passed to Google and participating vendors as a TCF consent string. Advertising cookies and personalised ads are only used where you have agreed to them.

Changing or withdrawing consent: you can change your choices at any time using the button below or the “Privacy and cookie settings” link shown by the consent tool. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place before you withdrew it.

6. Analytics

The website does not currently run Google Analytics or any other separate visitor-analytics script. Aggregated delivery and performance reports are available to us inside Google Ad Manager. If we add an analytics service in future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.

7. Cookies

Details of the cookies and similar technologies used on this website, and how to control them, are in our Cookie Policy.

8. Who we share information with

  • Hosting provider (Hostinger), which stores the website and its server logs on our behalf.
  • Google and the advertising vendors listed in the consent message, as described in sections 4 and 5. Each acts under its own privacy policy.
  • Gravatar (Automattic), if a comment avatar is displayed: an anonymised hash of the commenter’s email address may be sent to check for a profile picture.
  • Authorities, where we are legally required to disclose information.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Some of our advertising partners are based outside your country, including in the United States. Where data leaves the EEA or UK, these providers rely on recognised safeguards such as adequacy decisions (including the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where they participate) or Standard Contractual Clauses.

9. How long we keep information

  • Server logs: kept by our host for a limited period for security and troubleshooting, then deleted.
  • Comments and their metadata: kept until the comment is removed, or until you ask us to delete it.
  • Emails: kept only as long as needed to deal with your message and any follow-up.
  • Consent records and advertising cookies: stored on your device for the period shown in the consent tool and our Cookie Policy (Google’s consent cookie lasts up to 13 months).

10. Your rights

If you are in the EEA, UK or Switzerland you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to processing based on legitimate interests, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office).

Visitors elsewhere may have similar rights under local law, for example under US state privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (including the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for targeted advertising), or under the data protection laws of the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar or other countries. To make a request, email lavkushlpm@gmail.com. We will respond within the time required by applicable law (normally one month) and may need to confirm your identity first. Note that most advertising data is held by Google and its partners rather than by us; we will tell you how to reach them where relevant.

11. Security

The website is served only over HTTPS, and access to the WordPress administration area is restricted to authorised accounts. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold.

12. Children

The website is written for adults and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

13. External links

Our articles link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, so please read their policies when you visit them.

14. Changes to this policy

We will post any changes on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Significant changes affecting consent will be reflected in the consent message.
